VO2max Boost - FREE
VO2max Boost training is focused on increasing the effective use of oxygen during an exercise (VO2max), which is a very good value measuring your aerobic capacity. The training includes intensive intervals on flat surface, hills, or faster run splits which can all help you push your limits and get better at running at higher intensities.
VO2max Boost is a training suitable for runners of all levels. You can be a little advanced beginner or advanced runner - the coach will adjust the length and amount of intervals to every ones level. However do not expect an easy training! You will get sweaty and at points out of breath, but that is what moves the limits. So join us if you want to increase your overall aerobic as well as anaerobic capacity or just try an effective running workout.

- The coach will make sure the warm up and cool down are done properly
