Running Technique
The Running technique training is for intermediate runners. If you have no problems running 5 km without stopping but would like to keep working on your technique and maybe get faster and run further, this is training for you.
- warm up - dynamic stretching/sometime also in the form of games :)
- work with the running/athletic alphabet
- stairs/hills training technique
- introduction to the interval training/fartlek
- cool down and stretching
