Fundamentals of Running - How to choose running gear
The training Running Fundamentals is suitable for beginners and lifelong beginners. We use the run-walk technique and in each session we cover one selected aspect of running technique. If you are not able to run continuously, need walking breaks, have trouble breathingor have any other issues, come and we will fix it.
- the pace and length of running intervals is always adjusted to the participants
- you will meet other runners of your level
- the coach makes sure there is a proper warm-up
- and everything is properly stretched afterwards
- continuous learning of the correct running technique
- we teach you up to running 5km in one go (and then it is time to move up to the Running technique class)
