Circuit training includes working the whole body for a complex strength, explosivity and endurance development. Strengthening your muscles will help you avoid common injuries and can also assist you in improving running performance. If you run a lot and cannot get that upturn or do not feel strong enough for running, our special circuit training for runners will help.

  • all exercises can be modified to suit beginners as well as advanced
  • full body workout
  • using bodyweight as well as free weights, TRX or resistance bands
  • the coach will make sure of proper warm up and cool down
