Sunrise run + breakfast
This time special Sunrise run is going to be with breakfast! Make sure to postpone the start of your work to have a pancake with us :)
Sunrise run is a training that is different each week. It is not one of the easiest and thus not for beginners, but if you can comfortably run 5 km and you can wake up early, it will be worth it. You can look forward to intervals, fartlek, stairs, hill repeats and sometimes even easy runs. The training is always planned to go well with all the other Running Mall activities in the week.
- the pace and distance is always adjusted to the participants
- the coach makes sure there is a proper warm-up
- and everything is properly stretched afterwards

- time to time even an easy run
