Improve your running physique just by strengthening your core. Firstly we will stretch all tight muscles and ease up joints but most of the training we will concentrate on working our core and doing some stabilization. We use balance pads, resistance bands as well as foam rollers. All the exercises are low intensity and done slowly and properly for the best effect.
- loosening and mobilizing feet muscles, toes and instep muscles
- emphases on core strengthening

- exercising with body weight, free weights and resistance bands
