Start your weekend early with a Friday morning run!

The Sunrise run  is an hour of running and running exercises. It is one of the more demanding trainings so you should be intermediate runner who can run at least 5 km in a row. The speed, distance and level will be tailored to attending runners.

In the training you can expect:

  • athletic exercises
  • speed and running strength development
  • a proper warm-up before
  • thorough stretching afterwards
  • sunrise!
