Fundamentals of Running
Training that is suitable for beginners and lifelong beginners. It uses the run-walk technique, which is always adjusted to the skills of the attending runners. During one session we will cover the warm-up, the training itself, selected part of running technique, cool-down and stretching.
If you are not able to run continuously, need walking breaks, have trouble breathing, have a stitch in your side or your body hurts where it is not supposed to, come and we will fix it.
