Mobility & Stretching
Improve your running physique with a mix of complex stretching and mobility exercises. We will stretch all tight muscles, ease up joints plus add some stabilization and core exercises. Overall we will help you balance out your running training.
Participation limited to 12 participants, due to the new safety rules.
