The running school is built to help runners of all levels find their potential, improve technique and increase endurance. Our certified trainers will guide you on your journey and teach you how to train properly without injury.

The training plan is divided into various programs that will guide you from the first 5 km at a time to completing the marathon! After completing each program, you will receive a certificate just like at school, thanks to which you will be able to confidently participate in the races.

During the program you will learn:

  • Breathe properly
  • Prepare your running strategy
  • How to warm up and stretch so you don't get hurt
  • Achieve your running goals and set new ones

 Lesson content:

  • introductory class
  • how to run a native indiana running
  • warm up + stretching
  • running technique - hands / feet / breath
  • running technique - running alphabet
  • short intervals
  • 5ka impure
  • compensatory exercises + how to prepare for the race
