Military group fitness is an effective way of getting fitter, stronger, faster and having fun while you do so.

In each session there will be a combo of cardiovascular fitness, upper body strength, core and leg workouts.All this will ensure an all over body workout, keep fit, lose weight and tone your body in a fun and gym free environment. 

All will be worked hard and all fitness levels are welcome and you will be encouraged and supported to push your limits.
