What can you expect from this training:

- pyramida 400 - 800 - 1200 - 1600 - 1200 - 800 - 400 (temp. 3:20 - 4:15/km)
- Jogging - 2 km
- Stretching - 15 min
Attendance at this lesson is possible only after registration
