Long run - early intermediates
A long week deserves a long run. Join the group and you won’t notice the minutes flying by! Friday´s training is characterized by easier tempo. If you are a regular runner, you will enjoy it. And, we choose tracks, that cannot be boring. Simultaneously we focus on the correct running style. Join the class as well!
- 90 minutes continuously (in the case of insufficient interest of club members for the Saturday longrun can the the Friday one extended)
