Tabata training
Tabata is high intensity workout called after japanese doctor Izumi Tabata. Firstly this exercise was devised for olympionic athletes, who tabata used five times per week for 6 weeks. During this time their aerobic capacity increased by 14 % and anaerobic by 28 %. Is that really possible? Our trainer Tereza Bartošová will show you how.
