The Monday training is changing its face dramatically. The continuous run with any style practices is gone, now we prepare for you a refreshing lesson on the straight or on tha short track. Thanks this we can bring together previous training for pure beginners to the only one session. Then we will come back to the Running Mall and continue with a couple of easy balance excersises.
