    Try the shoes that will conquer Paris

    Do you want to feel like the best marathoners in the world? Come to the Running Mall to try out the new revolutionary adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 shoes. These are the shoes adidas equipped its runners for the Paris Games. They are free to borrow from us and you can run in them on our treadmills or during one of the training sessions. Choose a date from the calendar below and try on the shoes that will conquer Paris!

    We have shoes from size 37.5 to size 46.5 for you to try.

    You can also use the changing rooms and showers for free. Shoes can be rented for one hour on your ID card.

  • Mattoni FreeRun - Stromovka

    Mattoni FreeRun = 5 km long trail certificated by the Czech Athletics Federation. You will be introduced to the basics of running training - warm up, the runner´s ABCs or stretching.

     

    Come for an easy run and a chat. You will meet runners of all levels and together we will go to Stromovka. The distance is usually 5-10km depending on the level you choose.

    • one of the coaches is always in the front and one in the back

  • Mobility and core

    19.30 - 20.30

    Capacity: 16

    Improve your running physique with a mix of complex stretching, mobility exercises and core training. We will stretch all tight muscles, ease up joints plus add some stabilization and core exercises. Overall we will help you balance out your running training. 

     

    • static stretching of whole body muscles
    • hip mobility
    • ankle stabilization 
    • core strengthening
    • loosening and mobilizing feet muscles, toes and instep muscles
    • foam rolling

    Capacity is limited. Make sure to book your spot!
