  • Circuit Training

    Circuit training includes working the whole body for a complex strength, explosivity and endurance development. Strengthening your muscles will help you avoid common injuries and can also assist you in improving running performance. If you run a lot and cannot get that upturn or do not feel strong enough for running, our special circuit training for runners will help.

    • all exercises can be modified to suit beginners as well as advanced
    • full body workout
    • using bodyweight as well as free weights, TRX or resistance bands
    • the coach will make sure of proper warm up and cool down

  • Běžecký test - 1km

    Train with us and see the improvement every month

    With our coach Katka, we created a new all-year-long series of running tests. We will meet last week in each month and we will go together to run the test. Once in three months, the test will be Cooper (12 min) and the rest will be 1 km. To take part in the test, you will need to purchase the result card, where you will mark all your results. The individual tests are not paid, the only think you need is the card. 

    Distance: 1 km

  • Mattoni FreeRun - Stromovka

    Event is public

    Mattoni FreeRun = 5 km long trail certificated by the Czech Athletics Federation. You will be introduced to the basics of running training - warm up, the runner´s ABCs or stretching.

     

    Come for an easy run and a chat. You will meet runners of all levels and together we will go to Stromovka. The distance is usually 5-10km depending on the level you choose.

    • collective warm up and ABC
    • split into groups of different levels
    • 5-10 km depending on the group
    • one of the coaches is always in the front and one in the back

  • Mobility & Stretching

    Capacity: 16

    Improve your running physique with a mix of complex stretching and mobility exercises. We will stretch all tight muscles, ease up joints plus add some stabilization and core exercises. Overall we will help you balance out your running training. 

     

    • static stretching of whole body muscles
    • hip mobility
    • ankle stabilization 
    • core strengthening
    • loosening and mobilizing feet muscles, toes and instep muscles
    • foam rolling
