  • Sunrise run

    Sunrise run is a training that is different each week. It is not one of the easiest and thus not for beginners, but if you can comfortably run 5 km and you can wake up early, it will be worth it. You can look forward to intervals, fartlek, stairs, hill repeats and sometimes even easy runs. The training is always planned to go well with all the other Running Mall  activities in the week. 

    • the pace and distance is always adjusted to the participants
    • the coach makes sure there is a proper warm-up 
    • and everything is properly stretched afterwards
    • intervals, hills, stairs, fartlek
    • time to time even an easy run 

    Capacity is limited. Make sure to book your spot!

  • Slow Flow Yoga

    18.00 - 19.00


    Place: Running Mall
    Event is public
    Capacity: 12

    Come to stretch and strengthen your body as well as relax your mind to a class of slow flow yoga. We will be focusing on the correct technique of individual asanas, correct breathing and doing the exercises slowly. Each class will be focused on a different body part.

    The class is slow but demanding. However, do not expect any strength training! Our goal is to compensate the load on our body caused by running and to strengthen and stretch all its parts. 

    What to expect:

    • pránájáma (breathing exercise)
    • basic asanas and their correct form
    • vinyasa slow flow
    • meditation

    Capacity is limited. Make sure to book your spot!

    There will be yoga mats available.
