    Train with Eva to run the Prague Marathon. The training is for everyone- if you are a first time runner or are training for your best time yet. Only thing you need to come is  registration for the race. 

    Capacity is limited. Make sure to book your spot!

  • Intervals

    Interval training is focused on improvement of performance on flat terrain, hills, stairs or with tempo runs.

    This training is suitable for advanced runners who can comfortably run 10 kms, have good endurance and want to improve with training in high intensity.  

    If you want to run your personal best in the next race, intervals are exactly what you need. Pros of running intervals with our group are: 

    • it is easier to maintain pace 
    • we motivate each other to better results
    • the coach makes sure there is a proper warm-up 
    • and everything is properly stretched afterwards
    • even a hard training can be fun when you are in good company
