    Improve your running physique with a mix of complex stretching and mobility exercises. We will stretch all tight muscles, ease up joints plus add some stabilization and core exercises. Overall we will help you balance out your running training.

    • static stretching of all muscles 
    • hip flexor (and other joint) mobility
    • ankle staibilization
    • core strenghtening
    • loosening and mobilizing feet muscles, toes and instep muscles
    • muscle rolling
    • we use KineMax tools
