Functional training (outdoor)

Whether you are looking for a complementary training to your daily running sessions, or you´re getting ready to run with obstacles, our trainings with Simona are the right way to strengthen your core and get more stability. Reaching better results is our ultimate goal.
Every training is unique; we combine indoor and outdoor version depending on the weather conditions:
- outdoor version combines running (5-6 km maximum) and 2-3 blocks functional training, including working out with your own weight, plyometric exercise, and exercise stabilizing the center of your body
- indoor version focuses on strengthening your body using additional equipment (KB, dumbbells, multipress, gymball)
- both versions include several benchmark trainings (4-5 sets with 2-3 repetitions)
You need to be able to run at least 1,5km at 6:30 min/km speed.

Fundamentals of Running

Event is publicTraining that is suitable for beginners and lifelong beginners. It uses the run-walk technique, which is always adjusted to the skills of the attending runners. During one session we will cover the warm-up, the training itself, selected part of running technique, cool-down and stretching.
If you are not able to run continuously, need walking breaks, have trouble breathing, have a stitch in your side or your body hurts where it is not supposed to, come and we will fix it.

Pre-race Run

Event is publicPick-up your race number and use it as a free entry to a Pre-race Run with our coach!
During the run, we will be talking about tips and ticks how to get ready for a half marathon. If you are a firsttime runner and have many questions or an experienced half-marathoner with the answers, you are welcome to join and run with us. :)
In Running Mall, we have changing rooms, lockers and showers that you are free to use.
If you are not running the race and still would like to come and join the run, you can use MultiSport card or pay the single entry fee.
