    In yoga classes, you stretch, strengthen your muscles, calm down and relax. You will connect with yourself. This will help you concentrate on breathing, focusing in and positioning properly. Nowadays we are always in a rush,. Yoga teaches us to stop and be in the present moment. In regular practice, you will see positive results on your body, mind and soul..

  • Social Run - Mexican night

    Today we will have a special Mexican night after our weekly Social Run.

    We start together 6.30 pm from the Running Mall and come back together around 7.30 pm. All runners are invited.

    We will run in 3 different groups, leaded by our official RunCzech pacemakers Team and our coaches, as follows:

    • Fast group 50 min course at a 4.50 - 5 min/km
    • Intermediate group 45 min course at a 5.30 - 5.45 min/km
    • Beginner group 40 min course at a 6.30 - 6.45 min/km

     Hydration and post-run stretch will be provided.

     After the Run there will be a Special Mexican night. Cost 250 CZK

    You will get:

    • 3 Meat or vegan tostadas
    • 3 Lemonade with chia
    • Free beer

    Agenda for the night:

    From 8 to 8.20 pm : live connection with Mexican runners and ultrarunners that will share with us their experiences.

     Music, fun and networking guaranteed until 10 pm.

  • Running School - Module 2

     If you are planning to start running or you are an experienced runner, our running school is built to help runners of all levels unlock their potentials, improve their technique and  increase their endurance.

    Our certified coaches will guide you in your journey, teaching you the right methods to run injury free.

    The training plan is divided in different modules that will lead you from a 5 km course all the way to being able to finish a marathon!

    Each Module includes:

    • 6 lessons of 70min per module
    • Free Gait Analysis to choose the best shoes matching the structure of your feet
    • 30% discount in our adidas running Prague Marathon store
    • 3 free classes to choose from our calendar of activities
    • Use of our facilities: fitness hall, sports lounge, changing rooms, lockers, showers 
    • Towels
    • Waterbar
