Event is publicMattoni FreeRun = 5 km long trail certificated by the Czech Athletics Federation. You will be introduced into the basics of running training - warming up, the runner´s alphabet or the art of stretching after the training.
You will enjoy not only to be with a great running team, but also to take part in special running events created by our individual groups.
The Mattoni water is on us after the race.Follow our FB groups and find more information there.

Running School / Become a Runner - group 1

Event is publicIf you are planning to start running or you are an experienced runner, our running school is built to help runners of all levels unlock their potentials, improve their technique and increase their endurance.
Our certified coaches will guide you in your journey, teaching you the right methods to run injury free.
The training plan is divided in different modules that will lead you from a 5 km course all the way to being able to finish a marathon!
Each Module includes:
- 6 lessons of 70min per module
- Free Gait Analysis to choose the best shoes matching the structure of your feet
- 30% discount in our adidas running Prague Marathon store
- 3 free classes to choose from our calendar of activities
- Use of our facilities: fitness hall, sports lounge, changing rooms, lockers, showers
- Towels
- Waterbar

Event is publicFitFab Strong is a Czech online fitness program lead by four girls – their fans know them very well from their online classes but now they can all meet in person. Every second Thursday they organize a run from our Running Mall.
This event is great for all beginners as one group will be running really slowly a distance about 5 km. For the second group we will always prepare something special like intervals or hills. Warm up and stretching is a must.

Yoga

Capacity: 10In yoga classes, you stretch, strengthen your muscles, calm down and relax. You will connect with yourself. This will help you concentrate on breathing, focusing in and positioning properly. Nowadays we are always in a rush,. Yoga teaches us to stop and be in the present moment. In regular practice, you will see positive results on your body, mind and soul.
