  • Early Birds Run

    Three in one – run, city tour and breakfast with RunCzech Racing! Join our Early birds run at 6:30 am, on April 3, from the Running Mall to the Prague Castle, through the Charles Bridge to the Old Town Square and back to the Running Mall. 8 km of enjoyment and light breakfast as award – the best start of the day. Participants of the 2017 Sportisimo Prague Half Marathon, Abraham Kipyatich (the winner of the 2016 Prague Grand Prix, Half marathon BP 1:00:03), Josphat Tanui (international debutant), and Eva Vrabcova (Rio Olympic participant, and the best distance runner of the Czech Republic, Half marathon PB 1:11:06) will be your running guides.

     

    In case of bad weather, the training will be canceled. 

  • Functional training

    07.00 - 08.00


    Event is public

    Do you want to strengthen the center of your body? Work on your stability? Or to enhance collection yours races with new experience - hurdle race like Spartan Race? Or do you want to just wake up in the morning and be in a great mood for your working day?

    You can work on all these points on functional training with Simona.

    From March we expect the outdoor variant, which combines within one hour running and functional exercises (mostly) with your own weight. Only in case of bad weather we will use The Club Lounge in Running Mall, which offers tolls for strength training.

    Each workout is different, but you will love it. You do have the opportunity to compare with other, or just yourself because of repeated tests (No, its not an exam!)

  • Women´s run - beginners

    Training and running course aimed specifically for women, their needs, pace, feeelings, individuality.

    This course is designed for everyone - beginners and advanced.

    Experienced coach will help you to understand and answer all your questions about women´s run.

    Preparation for races and run for increase condition and joy of the movement. 

    You are not alone in this!

  • Training with coach

    • Warm-up 10 minutes
    • ABC 12x80
    • 10x50m, int. 90%
    • 200-300m, 4-6x, int.80%
    • Strengtening the upper body for 15 minutes
    • Stretching 10-15 minutes
