    Up to forty ladies will get the chance to attend the evening dedicated only to them. It consists of lectures by well-known nutritional consultant Peter Havlicek. His topic is about the nutritionfor women - runners. It starts at 17 o'clock, it is one hour later followedby Tabata workout for women. Youcan meet the finalists of the Women's Challenge as well. Interim non-members of the PIM Running club have to pay only 200 crowns. You can see more on our facebook.

    The quality of the run isn’t always determined by sweat on your shirt. Be a better runner by learning to run smart and relaxed. Nevertheless we properly go through a couple of the running excersises. And we will be ready for the new running week.

    Finally it is here. Jerrel Feller is with us and we are looking forward to seeing you. Circuit training by the Dutch Olympic sprinter is a harbinger of very swift spring training. Jerrel brings a refereshing addition to a mostly endurance tuned running club. You must be here.
