    Thirty, forty minutes of a very easy practice, this is our training for the pure beginners. Thanks to this you will quickly pick up basics of running. In the case of a bad weather, you can also take clothes for indoor training.

    The quality of the run isn’t always determined by sweat on your shirt. Be a better runner by learning to run smart and relaxed. We go properly through a couple of running excersises. And we will be ready for the new running week.

  • Circuit training with Jerrel

    Finally it is here. Jerrel Feller is with us and we are looking forward to seeing you. Circuit training by the Dutch Olympic sprinter gives you a promise of a very swift spring training. Jerrel brings a refereshing addition to a mostly endurance tuned running club. You definitely have to come for this.
