Wake up run is a dynamic running training that will wake you up and start your day. We will begin with a warm up that engages all parts of the body and will continue with short sprints that give you energy for the whole day. This training is ideal for everyone that likes to start the day actively.

Join us and get into a positive mood for the rest of the day.
