The Running technique training is for intermediate runners. If you have no problems running 5 km without stopping but would like to keep working on your technique and maybe get faster and run further, this is training for you.

  • warm up - dynamic stretching/sometime also in the form of games :)
  • work with the running/athletic alphabet
  • stairs/hills training technique 
  • introduction to the interval training/fartlek
  • cool down and stretching

Capacity is limited. Make sure to book your spot!
