Come join us for Long run and practice long distance running in the comfort of a group. We support each other, talk, share stories and the km pass by very fast. The distance is going to change and we will run between 12 (in between races) and 35 km (running trips and marathon training) throughout the whole year. Check the calendar for info about the distance and coach.
You should join if you like long conversations, do not want to think about where to run or are just not sure if you can run it by yourself…
- different coaches and routes
- occasional trips outside of Prague
- progressive distance lengthening
- slow pace (according to the group)
- other runners- you will never have to run alone
